Refund and Returns Policy

Do not accept the parcel from the courier company if the parcel is tampered or open.

Also make a video while opening the parcel and the box inside, without video no replacement will be given.

 

We have a 5 day return policy, Once the refund is processed it will be credited to the bank account within 5-7 working days. We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft.

Send us an email within 5days of delivery at info@HiTechMart.In if you are having a problem with your order, Whether its related to size, color or material.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

We only offer replacement for Damage Products delivered at your door step.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to hitechmart.in

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to Hitechmart.in, accessible from Hitechmart.in

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Open Delivery

Open delivery of parcel is not allowed. Kindly do not fight with delivery boy for open delivery.

Defected item

If the item that you received is defected report to us within 24 hours by sending an  email on info@HiTechMart.In (We take 2 working days to respond), we will replace the product after receiving the product from your end.

Order Cancellation

Send us an email within 24 hours at info@HiTechMart.In if you are having problems with your order.

Conditions for Replacement

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 5 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse replacements of any merchandise at our sole discretion.

Replacement Policy

In case the product delivered to you is defected please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can mail us on info@HiTechMart.In

For replacement

  1. Please send us the product on our postal address: BA5, Chirantani Park, Kestoput, Kolkata-700101, West Bengal, India
  2. We currently don’t have an option for a reverse pick up and you will be responsible for sending the product to the above address. We refund the courier charges up to Rs.80 for sending the product back to us.
  3. Once the product is cleared by our internal quality control team we will send you a replacement.
